Replacing jam-packed fat with healthier fat for your heart

A new New York Times consult found 72 percent of Americans consider coconut oil is healthy, though usually 37 percent of nutritionists agree. The American Heart Association says replacing jam-packed fat found in coconut oil or butter with corn or peanut oil can reduce cardiovascular illness by about 30 percent. CBS News medical writer Dr. Tara Narula joins “CBS This Morning” to plead a new findings.
