Lawmakers pierce to systematise "stealthing" as rape

A California lawmaker wants to enhance a clarification of rape to embody “stealthing,” a act of stealing a condom during retort though consent.

California state Rep. Cristina Garcia introduced a new bill, AB 1033, on Monday that aims to systematise stealthing as a form of passionate assault, describing it as violating consent, exposing victims to unwanted pregnancy and sexually transmitted diseases, CBS SF Bay Area reports.
