Health officials in Minnesota are confronting a misfortune measles conflict in a state in scarcely 30 years. Most of those with a illness are unvaccinated Somali-American children. The state’s health commissioner says a Somali village has been targeted with misinformation about vaccine risks. Jamie Yuccas reports.
