How to record comments to FCC on ringless voicemail robocalls

Companies can leave a robocall voicemail summary though a phone even ringing. Now, a companies are petitioning a Federal Communications Commission (FCC) to refurbish regulations to concede those forms of robocalls.

Friday is a final day for open criticism on a FCC’s open petition.

To record a censure to a FCC, go to, enter 02-278 in a margin for “Proceeding(s)” and form your comments during a bottom of a page. It’s not required to discuss “ringless voicemail,” though it can’t hurt.
