A Beginner’s Guide to Aerial Yoga 

Whether or not you’re informed with yoga, a thought of doing yoga in a atmosphere can seem … odd. But not to worry: “Aerial yoga” doesn’t meant you’re going to be doing downward dog on a trapeze. Instead, you’ll be upheld by a soothing hammock, that allows your physique to let sobriety do some of a work.
